Template:Multiplayer Map Infobox Glacier is a Firefight map in Halo: Reach.[1] The map is set in an underground glacial cavern beneath Sword Base and features a Forerunner structure. It is part of a section found in the campaign level, The Package.
Overview
Glacier is a small-medium sized asymmetrical Firefight map. The map consists of a main building where the player spawn and numerous snowy pathways separated by jagged rock pieces: a main pathway in the center, a circular pathway to the right, which also leads to two bridges and another pathway to the left that encircles a big base. The base and its pathway is also encircled by numerous rocks that make excellent cover. At the bottom of those rocks is a weapon holder which contains a Spartan Laser. The building can also be climbed by using a jetpack and can serve as an excellent sniping position. The main spawn building has an exterior section with a big platform overhead and an interior section with a small exit to the left, which leads to the exterior of the left pathway.
