Summary

Battle Creek is a multiplayer level in Halo 1. It is the smallest level in the game. In Halo 2, it was remade as Beaver Creek (Level). It is the best map for blood-filled, crazed frenzies and grenades, active camoflauge, and extra ammo comes in handy when you're on Battle Creek.

In Battle Creek there is fog in the bottom bases unlike in Halo 2. This map is 2-8 players and is harder to play because of the small jump effect. There are two ladders where you can climb up unlike in Halo 2 where you can just walk up the mountain. Also, both bases have teleporters which connect red and blue base, making it easier for a flag-bearer to transer flags from the bases in CTF games. At the end of the tiny stream, there is an invisibility powerup hidden underwater. On the cliffs, ladders lead to small ledges with sniper rifles on both of them.

Hints

To navigate and fire from either of both bases' roofs, use the rock (at red base) or the small protruding structure (at blue base) as makeshift ramps. Run and jump onto them until you walk to the highest point, then jump while moving forward onto the roof.

Even being the smallest map in Halo: Combat Evolved Multiplayer Mode, a total blood fest can be enjoyed.
