The Garrison is a Forerunner defensive structure found on Installation 00.[1]
Overview[edit]
Garrisons are large, cylindrical towers scattered across the Ark. They serve the purpose of watchtowers, allowing infantry to enter them and gain a commanding view of the surrounding area.

Halo Wars 2[edit]
Garrisons can be found on most Halo Wars 2 multiplayer maps, and can be staffed by a single infantry unit. Doing so gives that unit cover against incoming damage, and increased range/view against enemy units.
