The crew of the UNSC Infinity is composed of United Nations Space Command personnel, Unified Earth Government civilians (including contractors, scientists, and support staff), and their alien allies.[1][2][3]
As of June 2560, the fate of the ship and the majority of her crew remain largely unknown after the battle over Installation 07 seven months prior.[4]

The exact number of people and aliens on the ship varied over the flagship's service; though, the known complement numbers largely fell into three distinct time periods: during the battle of Requiem in July 2557,[1] after the ship's refit in late 2558,[2] and her mission to Zeta Halo in December 2559.[3] The numbers are as follows:
