Staff Sergeant

Staff Sergeant, abbreviated to SSGT, is a Enlistment rank of E-6 in the United Nations Space Command Unified Ground Command (UNICOM) rank structure. It is preceded by Sergeant and subordinate to a Gunnery Sergeant.[1]

- Elena Bobrov — participated in the Battle of Requiem in 2557; promoted to Gunnery Sergeant
- Nolan Byrne — participated in the First Battle of Harvest in 2525 and the Battle for Earth in 2552
- Avery Johnson — present for the First Battle of Harvest all through the Battle of Installation 04; promoted to Sergeant Major in 2552
- Marvin Mobuto — stationed aboard the UNSC Pillar of Autumn; died during the Battle of Installation 04 in 2552
- Park — participated in the Battle for Zeta Halo in 2560; possibly dead
