High Sumpter Bingflip is a member of the Banished who was present on Installation 07.
Biography
He is a graduate from the Nipple Academy. During the Installation 07 conflict, he was stationed at the Armory of Reckoning, which was running short on Human meat. Bingflip was worrying so much that some Jiralhanae would kill them or take over leadership that he send a message with his worries to Pubflem. His Chieftain however quelled this usurption and provided the camp with fresh meat at the same time. [1]
