Template:Right The Halo 3: ODST Firefight Teaser is a trailer released on June 10, 2020, announcing the inclusion of Halo 3: ODST's Firefight mode into Halo: The Master Chief Collection. With the initial launch of Halo 3: ODST within the collection in 2015, only the game's campaign was available to play, with the Firefight mode included as part of the upcoming release of ODST on PC platforms.
Transcript
The trailer starts with the same cutscene as that when launching the original game. However, the original text is replaced with;
THE YEAR IS 2020.
HALO: THE MASTER CHIEF COLLECTION WAS RELEASED SIX YEARS AGO.
OVER TIME, HALO 3: ODST'S CAMPAIGN & HALO: REACH WERE ADDED.
NOW, AT THE COMMUNITY'S REQUEST, THE COLLECTION IS MAKING ITS WAY TO PC.
STILL, ONE EXPERIENCE REMAINS ABSENT:
HALO 3: ODST FIREFIGHT
LATER THIS SUMMER, THAT CHANGES.
The trailer then shows a short montage of Firefight gameplay recorded on the Xbox 360 release of ODST on maps Lost Platoon, Windward and Alpha Site followed by the Halo 3: ODST keyart.
