The Sangheili neck glitch is a collision-related glitch in Halo 3.

Description[edit]

The glitch allows bullets and grenades to pass unimpeded through part of an Elite player's neck without dealing damage to the player, as if the affected part of the neck was not even there.

It was tested on an episode of Halo 3 Mythbusters, and shown to work with bullets, grenades, and Needler rounds. The glitch most likely occurs because Spartans and Elites use the same hitboxes despite their different body shapes.
