The Doozy was a UNSC vehicle that was going to be included in Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2, but was deleted from the games. It is however, seen in the Halo 2 Collector's Edition Video.
Summary
Before the vehicle was deleted, it had a picture of men that killed themselve's in the back, and to man the , one had to sit in the "nausea seat", which faced backwards.
