E-War units

The E-War units were cut units from Halo Wars 2.^[1] They were intended to work as electronic warfare specialists and/ or an infiltrator-type unit.^[2]

The Phoenix Log entry for the UNSC Armory building in the final game still references their ability to train Operatives despite the unit's cut status.^[3] The Banished Infiltrator would have presumably been trained from the War Council.
