Spartan Training and Education

Spartan Training and Education is a department of the United Nations Space Command's Spartan Operations, responsible for the training and education of the Spartan-IVs inducted into the branch. After each Spartan trainee graduates from their training, the department sends out a letter of congratulations, alongside the branch's Chief of Staff.[1]
The department is presumably involved in the operation of the Spartan Training and Qualification Program and its training sites including Anvil Station, Naxos Station, Virgo Station, an unidentified station, and the former sites of Laconia Station and the Avery J. Johnson Academy of Military Science, Nysa.
