The Army service uniform is the official uniform worn by UNSC Army officers and enlisted personnel. It is typically worn for official functions outside of combat scenarios.[1][2]

War-era design[edit]
A service uniform variant was used by the Army during the Human-Covenant War, boasting a design similar to the UNSC Navy's service uniform. It consists of a high-collared, double-breasted gray tunic, with rank insignia being displayed high on the left breast and on the shoulder boards. The tunic is fastened at the collar with a single silver button. A black undershirt is also worn.[1][2]
Post-war design[edit]

A variant of service uniform prevalent in the Navy was adopted by multiple branches in the post-war era. It was worn by General Nicolas Strauss alongside other members of the UNSC Security Council from every branch in 2558. It is typically worn with a ballistic vest and armoured pauldrons.[3]
