Naxos Station is a space station in use by the United Nations Space Command's Spartan Operations branch. It is one of three sister-stations alongside Virgo Station and the now-destroyed Laconia Station.[1][2] As with Laconia, Naxos is fitted with a Leonidas model of artificial intelligence.[3]
During the Battle of Nysa in March 2560, Spartan Commander Laurette Agryna briefly considered calling to either Naxos or Virgo stations for help, though given the stations' unconfirmed status and the presence of a Leonidas AI on each, she ultimately chose to signal Anvil Station for help instead.[3]
Trivia[edit]
Naxos Station is named after the Greek island of Naxos.
Production notes[edit]
It is possible that Naxos Station is the unidentified Spartan-IV training station featured in Halo: New Blood, Lessons Learned, and Halo: Bad Blood. See here for more information.
