While in Slipstream space from the Tala system in their Condor Foxtrot 111, Veronica Dare, Edward Buck, and Kojo Agu began discussing the details of how to undertake the mission. The overall plan was to rescue the Huragok Vergil from a classified facility on the surface of Luna.[1]

When Vergil was eventually found in the complex, he demanded that his handler Sadie Endesha be rescued as well.[2] The team agreed to the demand and proceeded to try and find her in the facility.[4]
