Modular exoskeleton

This article contains information about a non-canonical subject that, while official, is not part of the established Halo universe.

Modular exoskeletons appear in concept art for Halo 5: Guardians and Halo Infinite that never made it to production.^[1] They were seemingly inspired from a similar concept for Halo 4 before the Mantis was developed.^[2]
