The face similar to the one in Containment.
The face on the moon is located in the map Standoff. One way to see it is by either using a Sniper Rifle or Theater Mode method and zoom in on the moon. You can also use pan-cam to get very close to the moon. On the bottom right hand corner there should be a face on the moon of a Bungie employee. This face is somewhat similar to the ones on the map Containment in Halo 2.
