Jane was the first to be killed, and there is no information about the cause of death. Team Wolf Pack was one of several fireteams that comprised SPARTAN-III Alpha Company.[1][2] It included three known members: Shane-A112, Jane-A203, and Robert-A057. During Operation: PROMETHEUS in 2537, all members of Team Wolf Pack, as well as all other participating members of Alpha Company, were killed by Covenant forces.[3] Upon viewing a recording of Operation: PROMETHEUS aboard UNSC Point of No Return, Lieutenant Commander Kurt Ambrose became very distraught by the deaths of Alpha Company, particularly those of Team Wolf Pack.[3]
