The Fall of Reach was a major Covenant invasion of the United Nations Space Command stronghold planet Reach after the Covenant attacked with the intention of wiping the planet out and the greater UNSC abandoned Reach to its fate in order to preserve its vital military assets.

Visegrad and Sword

In an attempt to find Cobalt Team, John-117 would search the mission database to try and find where they had been deployed. Although difficult to find, he would eventually see a flight log going from Reach City to Visegrád Relay. Silver Team would don their MJOLNIR suits and head there in Condor 325 against orders.
