The Mgalekgolo Aggravator is a heavy Mgalekgolo unit within Jul 'Mdama's Covenant and where used in Warzone simulations.[1]
History[edit]
Aggravators are heavy soldiers used in Jul 'Mdama's Covenant as a heavier version of the normal Hunter despite looking the same. However they rarely seen in combat only in heavy assault on their enemies they were most likely created during or after the Requiem Campaign as a specialized unit. Their name could point out that they suppress their targets but they don't show this behaviour in Warzone simulations. In Warzone simulations Aggravators were used as enemies for SPARTAN-IVs to train with and defeat. However not much else is known about them.[2]
In-game information[edit]
Halo 5: Guardians[edit]
Hunter Aggravators spawn in certain Warzone simulations as a standard boss, though look identical to standard Hunters. They are known for their aggressive behaviour in combat commonly using a melee attack to crush their enemies.[3] Unlike regular Hunter pairs, the Aggravator functions as a boss with increased health and a more aggressive combat style. However this rank of Hunter is exclusive to the Warzone Firefight mode in Halo 5, not the campaign. The Aggravator looks exactly like a normal Hunter, so the only way to know you are fighting a boss variant is the in-game boss marker.[2]
