Skyjack (Skyjacker in Halo 3) is a medal awarded and achieved in Halo 3, Halo: Reach and Halo 4 multiplayer (as well as campaign in Reach) for hijacking an aircraft (Banshee, Hornet or Falcon). In Halo 3 and Reach it is represented by an eagle on a gold shield atop a bronze cross. In Halo 4 the eagle is atop a blue circle and a grey cross turned 45 degrees. As this medal is attained, a message appears on the screen, saying "You skyjacked player's name".
A good tactic to get this medal is to throw a Power Drain, or to shoot an overcharged Plasma Pistol bolt or EMP grenade at an incoming aircraft. The aircraft will be stunned, leaving the player an opportunity to hijack it.
