It is earned for killing fifteen zombies in a row without dying in Infection game modes.

Trivia[edit]

The medal's name is likely a reference to Jerome Simpson, Bungie's Head of Security.
In Halo 5: Guardians, the requirements for this turned into the Hell's Janitor medal.
