The Lance of the Writhing Star are a Banished clan that Zeretus was a prominent member of, serving as part of Atriox and Decimus' force on the Ark.[1][2]

History

The Ark

During the Second Ark Conflict, forces of the Lance of the Writhing Star were led by Zeretus to raid Anodyne Spirit for slipspace crystals. During the raid they encountered Dhas Bhasvod's Covenant inside the Forerunner ship and a skirmish erupted. They stole the crystals and escaped.[2]

Zeta Halo

Zeretus was chosen by Atriox to accompany him to Reach and later on Zeta Halo.[3] During the Battle for Zeta Halo, Zeretus would meet his end at the hands of the Master Chief.
