Team India was one of the many teams that comprised SPARTAN-III Beta Company.[1]
History
As with all SPARTAN-IIIs, the members of Team India were recruited voluntarily from orphans of Covenant attacks on UNSC colonies. They were trained under Lieutenant Commander Kurt Ambrose and Senior Chief Petty Officer Franklin Mendez on the planet Onyx. During Operation: TORPEDO in 2545, all members of Team India, along with most of Beta Company, were killed in action.[1]
