The C712 Longsword (hull code: SS) is a smaller and rarer model of the GA-TL1 Longsword.[1]

Armament
The C712 Longsword is a multirole space fighter, and its weapons loadout can be easily modified for different mission requirements. It has eight M9109 coilguns, with six being mounted in banks of three on each wing. They fire 50mm rounds at enemy fighters and ground forces during tactical strikes.[2] There are four ASGM-10 missiles, which are specialized for use against singleships such as the Covenant Seraph, although they are powerful enough to deal significant damage to targets not protected by energy shields.[3] These are typically housed in a rotary launcher within the internal ordnance bay, to protect the missiles prior to launch. If needed, it can replace its anti-ship missiles with conventional smart bombs, satellites, or special mission payloads.[1]
