Unidentified Covenant ship (Algolis)

During the Algolis Invasion, the Covenant deployed a previously unknown warship classification. A task force of these ships, consisting of one Ket-pattern battlecruiser and four of the unknown ships, were used to intercept and board the Halberd-class light destroyer UNSC Heart of Midlothian. The ships were described by Mo Ye as all dark gray, with no surface features, lights, and no weapons systems that could be discerned.[1][2]
The Covenant task force lay in wait precisely where Midlothian was to exit slipspace and ambushed the destroyer, breaching the hull in over 200 locations before the ship could respond. The unidentified vessels were used to deploy multiple R'sisho-pattern Tick boarding craft onto Midlothian in an effort to retrieve information from its navigation computer. Ultimately, all of them were destroyed when Midlothian enacted its self-destruct mechanisms.[1][2]
The described characteristics of the unidentified vessels may indicate them to be drekars, or in some way related.
