- The Colonial Military Authority's involvement with the Eridanus cell of the Insurrectionists is made publicly known. The CMA's power begins to shift toward UNSC control.[1]
- The SP42 Cobra enters service with the UNSC Marine Corps during Operation: CHARLEMAGNE.[2]
- The UH-144 Falcon enters service with the UNSC Army.[3]
- The UNSC Navy reintroduces the Valiant-class super-heavy cruisers for counterinsurgency operations, as command-and-control vessels.[4]
