The M295 Designated Marksman Rifle (M295 DMR) is a semiautomatic marksman rifle manufactured by Misriah Armory.[1]
Operational history[edit]
During the Insurrection, the M295 DMR was manufactured by Misriah Armory for use by personnel of the United Nations Space Command's Armed Forces. However, the DMR also fell into the hands of insurrectionists during the civil war.[1]
Following the Human-Covenant War, humans settled in Sandholm on Carrow carried M295 DMRs to fend off threats, such as hostile Sangheili living nearby.[1]
