Battle of Ballast

The Battle of Ballast was a battle that took place on the UNSC colony of Ballast. It is unknown if the UNSC or Covenant forces on the planet won the battle, or if the colony still exists. This is due to the Covenant glassing of the planet, which the Covenant does after victories, though the battle could also be one of the few sporadic UNSC victories during the war. [1] Propaganda produced by ONI stated that the battle was a UNSC victory[2].
