SPNKr EX is an improved variant of the M41 SPNKr rocket launcher used by the United Nations Space Command.[4]

SPNKr EX is an advanced variant of the standard M41 SPNKr; it fires laser-guided cluster warhead rockets that detonate in proximity to enemies, releasing an effect similar to the fields of Z-400 splinter grenades, albeit without the disintegration effect.[4] It also produces a large red glare if used with smart-link. Design-wise, it retains the standard M41 SPNKr's launching tube, but recolors it to a predominantly white color broken up by olive green and red stripes.[5]
Usage[edit]
In late 2558, Spartan-IVs serving aboard the UNSC Infinity trained with the SPNKr EX in War Games simulations.[5]

150 REQ Points when sold.
The M41 SPNKr is featured as a usable weapon called the SPNKr Rocket Launcher, in Halo 5: Guardians. It is a power weapon, which fires slow-moving rockets that deal an incredible amount of damage upon detonation, with a wide area of effect. The Rocket Launcher is one of the most powerful weapons in the game, and to compensate, it has a small magazine size, slow reload speed and ammo is generally very rare.
