Fireteam Noble.

Fireteam Noble are a team of Spartans and Sangheili activate as part of the Anvil Initiative, which joins Spartans of the United Nations Space Command and Sangheili warriors of the Swords of Sanghelios in joint units to foster cooperation between the two organisations. The team was founded by Jun-A266, a SPARTAN-III and Chief of Staff of the UNSC's Spartan Operations division, with the name based on his previous team that was active during the Human-Covenant War.

History

The original NOBLE Team were a team mostly comprised of SPARTAN-III commandos who were active during the Human-Covenant War. The team was destroyed during the Fall of Reach at the war's end, leaving Jun-A266 as the only survivor who had been on the team during its final days. The only other member of the team to survive the war was Rosenda-A344, who had been active in NOBLE until her reassignment at the end of the battle of Concord in December 2551. After the war Jun went on to become a senior member of staff in the newly-formed Spartan Operations division, overseeing the recruitment of new SPARTAN-IVs under the supervision of Musa Ghanem.

This state of affairs lasted until March 2560, when Jun recruited Rosenda back into field operations to respond to an attack on the UNSC's secretive base world of Nysa. While on Nysa the duo were able to rescue several HVTs from the besieged Avery J. Johnson Academy of Military Science including Spartan Commander Laurette Agryna and Spartans Hieu Dinh and Sigrid Eklund. After this the group retreated to Anvil Station aboard the frigate UNSC Fearful Symmetry. At some point after this Jun, Rosenda, Dinh, and Eklund officially formed Fireteam Noble, alongside a new, fifth member of the team; the Sangheili warrior Atis 'Moramai.
