Ouco has a steady personality and speaks with a calm baritone voice.[2]
Usage[edit]
Spartan Bonita Stone employed Ouco as her personal AI during the Battle for Zeta Halo; Stone liked that Ouco's voice sets her at ease no matter the situation.[2][1] Stone's Ouco played a key role in the battle, having copied data the Banished had stolen from the ring's Conspectus network and corrupted the original data held by the Banished, preventing the Banished from access the ring's weapon system.[3] The copied data, which also contained the location of the ring, was eventually sent to human-occupied space by the boat crew in hopes of the UNSC sending reinforcements to the UNSC forces stranded on the ring.[4]
