Overview[edit]

Design details[edit]

Main article: Sentinel beam

The Arcane Sentinel Beam differs from the standard models fielded by Aggressor Sentinels in a handful of factors. In addition to having a white chassis, its beam is more powerful than that of the standard model and has a faster cooldown, though has less ammunition capacity.[2]

Usage[edit]

One such weapon was discovered by Kaidon Thav 'Sebarim, a Sangheili commanding officer in the Banished during the campaign on Installation 07 in 2559-2560.[5][6] During the campaign, he used the weapon in a combat encounter with John-117, though was defeated by the Spartan.[7]

In-game information[edit]

In campaign, the Arcane Sentinel Beam is a legendary weapon awarded to the player after defeating the High Value Target, Thav 'Sebarim. The weapon can be acquired at any Forward Operating Base within the campaign, and fires a much more powerful beam (killing a fully-shielded Spartan with 20 units instead of 60 units), with a faster cooldown than the standard sentinel beam, though at the cost of lower ammunition capacity (reduced from 250 to 80).[2]
