The Tarasque heavy fighter[1] is an older Covenant Sangheili-manned space fighter. Despite the age of these craft, modern Sangheili Flight Harnesses are still equipped to interface with them. In January 2553, the Servants of Abiding Truth had acquired two of these fighters.[2]

Trivia

It appears to be named after the Tarasque, a monster of French legend.
