The map is small-scale and symmetrical and was designed for the Capture the Flag and Assault gametypes. The map is ideal for both long and short range combat, with players being able to utilize both the Scattershot and Sniper rifle.[1] Tyrant was released with the Ghosts of Meridian update on April 6,2016.
