The Minister of Harmony is a San'Shyuum politician in the Covenant, and the minister responsible for leading the Ministry of Harmony. He leads the Sacristan warriors.[1]
Biography[edit]

During the Human-Covenant War the Minister of Harmony took up residency aboard an Unidentified Covenant agricultural ship. In 2551 he and his forces were present over the recently-glassed colony of Promise when they became the target of the UNSC's Operation: METEORITE. At the time of the operation the minister was conducting experiments on captured UNSC Marines.[1]
