Following the Battle of Eridanus II a battle took placed at the planet Criterion.[1]
Battle[edit]
The Covenant destroyed orbital defenses immediately. Following this, an additional three Covenant fleets showed up in formation above Criterion's equatorial zone. Telmun would be the first to fall with the city of Agade being destroyed also in subsequent glassing operations by the Covenant. Some would survive the battle and overwhelm UNSC medical technicians.[1]
Aftermath[edit]
At some point following the battle, footage of the glassed Agade was received at WHITE TOWER and narrated by Borovoi. Admiral Margaret Parangosky would request Admiral Whitcomb and the Seventh Fleet go to Criterion to assist survivors, but this idea was rejected by Jacob Keyes due to the Cole Protocol.[1]
