ONI Warthogs are only superficially similar to standard Warthog variants,[1] offering greatly increased armour protection compared to their regular M12B Warthog counterparts, alongside various forms of unique and experimental weaponry. Currently-observed ONI Warthog variants have been seen in Scout, LRV, Gauss and Rocket configurations with the following modifications;

  • Chaingun
    • Rarity: Rare
    • Level: 3
  • Rocket
    • Rarity: Legendary
    • Level: 5
  • Gauss:
    • Rarity: Legendary
    • Level: 7

ONI Warthogs have 75% more health than a standard Warthog, making them the strongest Warthog type available for use in Halo 5: Guardians.[8]

Trivia

  • An ONI skin identical to the Halo 5: Guardians ONI Warthog color scheme is available as a manufacturer color option for the M12S Warthog CST in Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Horizon 4.
