To Galaxy

To Galaxy is the tenth track of the Halo 4: Original Soundtrack Volume 1. An extended version of the song was released in Volume 2.

Main theme is expanded in To Galaxy (extended) version that was released later.
Majestic, which was written by Kazuma Jinnouchi, makes use of this motif, albeit altered.
A rendition of the theme makes an appearance in Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn, notably in the track Axios.

The main motif of this piece was likely adapted from the melody featured from 0:55 to 1:09 in Luck of Halo 3 Original Soundtrack.

That low strings section from Luck is also quoted almost verbatim, hinting at the presence of the Halo Theme which the aforementioned melody carries.

The beginning of the track (0:00-2:07) is heard in the Infinity menu.
