Lieutenant, Junior Grade

Lieutenant, Junior Grade, abbreviated to LTJG, is a junior commissioned officer rank of O-2 in the United Nations Space Command Naval Command (NAVCOM) rank structure; including the UNSC Navy and Office of Naval Intelligence. It is preceded by Ensign, and subordinate to a Lieutenant.

• Bill Streeter — stationed aboard sensor station Fermion in the Epsilon Eridani system; died during the Fall of Reach in 2552
• Thurlo — member of the Incident Response and Investigation branch; stationed aboard frigate UNSC Swift Justice in 2553
