Friends surely aren't where people should base their votes, but if you have worked with somebody, you know what he deserves. Me, for example, on the previous HotM, I haven't worked with Delta, so I voted for Kouger (I would vote for him anyway). But I know him, and I have seen his loyalty and dedication. As about Odysseas, he is by far "better" that the other nominees; he is a Lt.Commander and he has been very contributing this month. I believe that the link I gave out on my vote says it all.
