The Tarasque-class heavy fighter^[1] is an older Covenant Sangheili-manned starfighter. It was most likely replaced by the Seraph. It has so far only been mentioned in the description of the Elite Flight Harness armor permutation. Despite the age of these craft, modern Elite flight harnesses are still equipped to interface with them.

Trivia

It appears to be named after the Tarasque, a monster from French mythology.
