O'Brien is a Spartan-IV supersoldier. She attended the Avery J. Johnson Academy of Military Science.[1]
Biography[edit]
O'Brien entered the SPARTAN-IV program as a recruit, where she was put through training at the Avery J. Johnson Academy of Military Science. O'Brien was later seen standing alone while Spartans Ionescu, Denning and Page were socializing nearby. O'Brien took part in a live-fire exercise in which she competed alongside Spartans Leung, Eusebio, and Denning. They faced off against Spartan Commander Laurette Agryna, Spartans Ionescu and Page, and "Rook".[1]
Months later, O'Brien was involved in the defence of the academy against a Banished assault in early 2560. On March 4, she joined Spartans Sigrid Eklund and Hieu Dinh in defending the base, engaging a Jiralhanae Berserker in close-quarters alongside Sinclair. The berserker knocked O'Brien unconscious and pinned her against a wall, before killing Sinclair and finally being put down by Eklund. Eklund and Dinh then retreated inside the base with an injured O'Brien and brought her to the base's medics for aid. Her fate thereafter is unknown, as she was not present when Eklund and Dinh retreated into the base's AI lab.[2]
Equipment[edit]
Spartan O'Brien employs standard issue Mark VII MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor with an Enigma-class helmet, with the "cadet cyan" armour coating.[1] During the attack on Nysa, she used an MA40 assault rifle.[2]
