Sinclair was a SPARTAN-IV supersoldier serving in the Spartan Operations division of the United Nations Space Command. He was involved in the defence of Nysa in March 2560, where he was killed in close-combat.[1]
Biography[edit]
Sinclair was one of the many Spartan trainees of the Avery J. Johnson Academy of Military Science. In March 2560, he was present at the base when it came under attack by the Banished. In the early evening of March 4, Sinclair was present in the base's courtyard alongside Spartans O'Brien, Sigrid Eklund, and Hieu Dinh, helping to fend off Jiralhanae attackers. When one Berserker closed in and attacked O'Brien, Sinclair attacked the Brute from behind and climbed onto its shoulders, stabbing it repeately with a combat knife. This ultimately did little though, and the Brute was able to rip Sinclair off its shoulders and throw him across the courtyard and into a nearby wall, the force of the impact dislodging the Spartan's helmet. Too injured to move, Sinclair watched as the Berserker bore down on him ignoring Bandit fire from Dinh. As the Brute brought its fists down on Sinclair for a final kill, Sinclair gave the Brute an "archaic profane hand gesture" before being crushed. The Brute was shortly after finished off by Eklund, who dumped the remains of her CQS48 Bulldog magazine into it.[1]
