The Ninth Fleet is a numbered expeditionary fleet in the UNSC Navy.[1]
History[edit]
Battle of Boundary[edit]
- Main article: Battle of Boundary
The Ninth, along with the Fourth, Sixth, and Thirteenth Fleets would be gathered together to provide assistance to Battle Group Omega over Boundary. Their goal was to help destroy the Lithos there. In total across all four fleets, there were about 200 ships.[1]
The Ninth and Thirteenth Fleets would move to cover off Sali 'Nyon's Covenant's vessels when they arrived later in the battle. At least 18 UNSC vessels across the whole battle were lost by that point.[2]
