Revenant was a Covenant frigate. It was attached to the Second Fleet of Homogeneous Clarity as a vanguard vessel of High Charity.
Background[edit]
During the Battle of Installation 05, the Revenant was one of the many recently Jiralhanae occupied ships that began attacking Sangheili-controlled ships as the Great Schism began. The Revenant followed Jiralhanae Chieftain Gargantum's frigate, Twilight Compunction to attack the Sangheili held cruiser Incorruptible.[2]
It followed the Incorruptible into deep space, but the appearance of the Bloodied Spirit under control of the SPARTAN-IIs was enough of a distraction for the Incorruptible to destroy the Revenant with an Energy Projector.[2]
Trivia[edit]
The definition of a Revenant is "a visible ghost or animated corpse that is believed to return from the grave to terrorize the living."
