- Halo: Campaign Evolved, a complete remake of Halo: Combat Evolved, releases on July 28th! It includes remade gameplay, art, re-recorded voice acting and music, and new weapons, vehicles, enemies, skulls, and player customization never before seen in the original game's campaign. Additionally, the game features three entirely new prequel missions set during Operation: METEORITE a year before the events of Combat Evolved, following John-117 and Avery Johnson on a mission to infiltrate a Covenant starship in search of information on the aliens' homeworld. - The first volume of Halo: Waypoint Chronicles, a Halo short story anthology series, released on May 26th! It compiles all 24 of the Halo Waypoint Chronicles previously only viewable online, along with Halo Infinite Intel Drops, Armory Infinitum entries, Story Shards, and ten entirely new stories into a single compendium!
- Halo Fest returns December 11th through 13th, in celebration of the Halo franchise's 25th anniversary! Beginning on the first day at Benaroya Hall with two concerts played by the Seattle Symphony featuring music from the Halo soundtracks, the second and third days will consist of a convention hosted at the Seattle Convention Center. - Halo Infinite's Operation: Infinite released on November 18th! It features the addition of over 200 new customization items to The Exchange, a 100-tier Operation pass with several new armor customization across various armor cores, permanent double XP boots to both career rank and Spartan Points, and more. This is the final planned major content update for Halo Infinite as Halo Studios shifts focus to work on several new Halo titles.
- Digsite, a team composed of 343 Industries employees and community modders, are busy restoring cut content from previous Halo games, such as Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2! An previous update to Halo: The Master Chief Collection on PC even allows modders to incorporate this restored content into their creations. Read more HERE!
