Last Stand is an Operation in Halo Infinite. Beginning on May 6, 2025 and ending on June 10, 2025. The operation is themed around a Banished attack on the Avery J. Johnson Academy of Military Science, as depicted in the update's Firefight: Battle of the Academy playlist and the tie-in Halo: Battle for the Academy - Part 1 short story.[1]
The update notably includes the Mutilator shotgun and several pieces of classic-inspired armor: the Halo 3 rendition of EVA, Halo 4's Raider and ONI Security SECOPS armor, and pre-Xbox Halo's ORION IIC. Two suits inspired by the Headhunters animated short, Scarred Comet and Liberator.[1]
