Forerunner was an Operation in Halo Infinite, beginning on April 8, 2025, and ending on May 6, 2025. The Operation was themed after the Combat skins used by the Forerunners, the species who built the Halo Array and many other locations seen in the Halo franchise. The Operation also saw the return of the Prefect armor, introduced for the first time in Halo 4.[1]
