Among Us is a multiplayer social deduction game developed by Innersloth. In March 2022, the game was announced to be entering an official crossover with Halo on Xbox Series X/S, which added a set of three free Xbox-exclusive Halo-themed cosmetics to Among Us. These items included the "Spartan Helmet" and "Spartan Armor" - a set of MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor, and a pet 343 Guilty Spark, all stylized to suit the game's cartoonish aesthetic.
The crossover was first announced with the slogan "Well Halo there" on Innersloth's official website.[1]

In the Among Us map "The Airship," players can find a Bloodblade on display in the ship's vault.[2] A blue sword was featured in the same room in Henry Stickmin Episode 3: Infiltrating the Airship, with the red sword being a direct reference to that.
The red sword was initially on the map when it was introduced on March 31, 2021. It was swapped out in the following update on April 2, 2021 for a similar looking blade.[3] The original red sword was added back in July 2021. No reason or patch notes was ever given for this back and forth.
