A stasis tension driver is a Forerunner weapon system employed aboard the Mantle's Approach, flagship of the Didact. The stasis tension driver was a product of the Didact's genius, operating as an array of three projectors that paired quantum singularity generators with torsion drivers to produce localised space-time distortions that impede the formation of slipspace ruptures and jam all superluminal communications and sensors.[1]
Stasis tension driver technology was later adapted for use in the interdiction systems employed by line installations.[2]
